I'm a process-driven digital product designer and I like bringing delightful experiences to everyday tools.
My work runs the gamut from research to development handoffs, but my sweet spot is translating requirements into a UX strategy that works for all users. I like to work iteratively, building consensus as I go, and making mistakes early on. I believe practicing UX is an art, not a science. To me, success is finding the delicate balance between user needs and business goals, and clearly communicating them through an elegant design language. And then finding it again for the next release, as all priorities are bound to shift.
I have managed small teams, led large projects, and taught university classes. I like taking responsibility and guiding others through the design process.
In my free time I like to geek out on residential architecture, DIY things around my house, and read fantasy novels.
